Complaints
By a complaint, a customer refers, in a single matter, to a specific dissatisfaction regarding a financial service provided by Elementa Management AB where the customer considers that the company has not complied with a claim or request for rectification in respect of the service. In this context, general comments, expressions of dissatisfaction or discontent of minor importance to the customer are not considered a complaint. A complaint must always be submitted in writing by the customer, either by sending a written letter to Elementa Management AB, Mäster Samuelsgatan 1, SE-111 44 Stockholm, or by e-mailing the company’s complaints officer according to the contact details below.
Customers who are not satisfied with the handling of the complaint may have their case reviewed by Allmänna reklamationsnämnden or by general court. Customers can also receive free guidance from Konsumenternas Bank- och finansbyrå alternatively from the kommunala konsumentvägledningen.

Processing of personal data
Elementa Management AB is responsible for the personal data you provide and for any information that may be collected from other sources. The personal information is usually obtained from you who are a customer or who are interested in becoming a customer.
We process the data in order to be able to carry out mandatory money laundering surveillance, risk management, perform and administer fund management and other services as well as for accounting and billing purposes. This information is processed on the basis that it is necessary in order to execute an agreement in which the data subject is a party or to take action at the request of the data subject before such an agreement is concluded and to fulfill legal obligations of the data controller.
The data can also be used for business and method development, market analysis and statistics. Such processing takes place in order to develop the business in the best way for our customers and is always preceded by a balance of interests against the data subject's legitimate interest in protecting its personal data.
The personal data is primarily processed within Elementa Management AB, but can in some cases be disclosed to other companies with which Elementa Management AB co-operates. Personal data may be transferred (i) if it is necessary for us to fulfill a statutory obligation or comply with governmental or court decisions, for example to Finansinspektionen and the Swedish Tax Agency, or (ii) in the event that we hire outside service providers who perform tasks on our behalf. Elementa Management AB does not sell any personal data to third parties.
The personal data is stored, in accordance with the obligation imposed on Elementa Management AB according to rules and regulations, for a period of ten years from the date of completion of the case, or the longer time required by the nature of the case.
If you unsubscribe from newsletters or similar, the information will be deleted immediately. You have the right to request information from Elementa Management AB free of charge about the use of the personal data that concerns you. We will, at your request or at your own initiative, correct or erase any information that is incorrect or limit the processing of such information. You also have the right to request that your information is not processed for direct marketing purposes. You also have the right to access your personal data in a machine-readable format.
If you are dissatisfied with our treatment, you can submit a complaint to a supervisory authority, which in Sweden is Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (www.imy.se). You can also contact the regulator in the country where you live or work.
